Friday-Sunday (Local Collaboration)
Created for ministries unable to meet the full rate but ready to build community partnerships that change lives.

- All speaking sessions, travel, lodging, and meals
- Projection and sound system setup
- Two leadership training sessions during the weekend
- Access to leadership training modules
- Follow-up check-in and resource recommendations
- 50% deposit required to reserve dates

🤝 Tier 2: Shared Mission Weekend ($2,400)Friday-Sunday (Partnership Discount)
For ministries that believe in the message but need flexibility and want to reach students beyond their walls.
Includes:
All weekend speaking sessions
- Projection and sound system
- One leadership training session during the weekend
- Filming and editing rights so the speaker can create a professional demo video for the future
- Host provides transportation to/from airport, lodging, meals, and travel costs
- Host connects Tyree with a local school to host at least 2 Be a Hero Assemblies at $800 per assembly, held the day of, day before, or during the same weekend
- 50% deposit required to reserve

🌎 Tier 3: Community Builder Weekend ($1,200 + School Assemblies)
Friday-Sunday (Local Collaboration)
Created for ministries unable to meet the full rate but ready to build community partnerships that change lives.
Includes:
- All main speaking sessions
- Projection and sound system provided by host
- Filming and editing rights so the speaker can create a professional demo video for the future
- Filming of 7 total testimonies (4 leaders + 3 approved students) for inclusion in the demo video
- Host provides transportation to/from airport, lodging, meals, and travel costs
- Host secures 4 total Be a Hero Assemblies (at $800 per assembly) scheduled on the two days leading up to the ministry event
- Example: If the ministry event begins Friday night, one assembly can occur Friday morning and another on Thursday ensuring there are no empty travel days.
