How would ministry look if youth workers were coached on ways to develop a more effective Gospel Advancing Ministry and equipped their students to quarterback the gospel to their friends?

I've created an online program called "The Chosen F.E.W.S." It's especially for ministers that find themselves in the same place that I was in:
//FRUSTRATED because there’s a lot of people around them but very few walking alongside of them. 
//EMBARRASSED because you're the person that’s supposed to have all the answers but you know you really need training. 
//WORN OUT because the calendar of big events isn’t creating the outcomes you desire.
//STRESSED OUT because you’re concerned that this “ministry merry-go-round” is going to last forever.
