Are you a youth minister that deeply interested in seeing your students reach their friends with the GOSPEL while tightening the screws in your ministry programming to help the momentum?
I've been training youth ministers and their leaders since 2017 and each summer I offer a series of 90-minute online ministry trainings. However, before starting, I conduct a survey to make sure I'm meeting the needs of youth ministers and their leaders. This year, ministries can choose from ALL the days and times that are convenient for them BUT groups need to RVSP 2 weeks in advance.
Each session has 4 main stages:
1) Being reminded of the urgency
2) Understanding why the early felt it necessary
3) You'll receive best practices on how to make it a reality
4) Then you'll have the opportunity to develop a strategic plan that can be implemented within 2 weeks!
The more leaders you can have on the phone, the better, as you'll also be able to connect with other youth ministries and gain insights and ideas from their experiences. More time at the end of each session will be dedicated to a question and answer session, allowing for further discussion and clarification.

WHY COACHING?
I've been working with teens in the secular side and church side since 1996 and there's one thing I've learned…”If teens need a mentor then the adults that work with them do too.” The secular side of working with teens seem to get this. I've been mandated to attend certain training's throughout the year in order to stay certified to keep my job but I haven't seen this same intensity on the church side. Overall, I've seen this left up to random Google searches and Facebook group posts.
I'm not sure of what type of ongoing training you've received lately but the techniques and strategies of Dare 2 Share Ministries that are implemented in this one-on-one coaching program are WORLD CLASS. If you're new in youth ministry and need direction or a veteran in youth ministry and feeling the symptoms of the ministry grind burn out or anything in between don't delay in receiving this coaching.
Dare 2 Share believes that every teen, everywhere should hear the gospel from a friend. Their way to make that happen is to energize the church to mobilize their teens to gospelize their world. My desire is help youth workers go from gospel quarterback (always throwing the gospel touchdowns) to coach mentality (teaching their student how to effectively start throwing the gospel touchdown passes to their friends). This one on one coaching program is done consistently through video chat either on the 2nd Monday or the last Thursday of the month for about an hour. This is done to help create some type of consistency in your personal monthly scheduling.

The big idea is to plan these events for multiple ministries to attend to cut down on the cost or share the cost.
- Plan "POWER UNIVERSITY" for your church and specific networks you're familiar with on a Friday evening. Then promote the "GOSPEL ADVANCING MINISTRY" training publicly to other ministries (your denomination, network of ministers, your local community of churches, etc...) on Saturday. This allows the "Church" to benefit and also cuts down costs that would usually be held by your ministry. The more ministry's and/or people you reach out to, the less your ministry takes on financially.
