  • I am a HUGE fan of date night. Date night can be a lunch, dinner, a movie, a favorite TV show... ANYTHING that carves time out of your week to make the exaggerated effort to spend time with each other.

PLEASE NOTE: As we get further into our sessions we will look more closely at your wedding day and any checklists that you may have. My main objective is to prepare you for the LIFETIME of being married rather than the one DAY that you're getting married. Thus the term PRE-MARTIAL counseling and not PRE-WEDDING DAY counseling. But I totally understand that making a plan is valuable SO my suggestion is to use a checklist (Here's a good one to start with https://www.magnetstreet.com/wedding-planning-checklist) divide your time on your checklist by 8 and make a plan to tackle each category during each session that we have together. I will be using the one above as a personal guide with you.
For example:
  • Session 1 = 12+ months AND 10 - 11 months
  • Session 2 = 8 - 9 months
  • Session 3 = 6 - 7 months
  • Session 4 = 4 - 5 months
  • Session 5 = 3 months
  • Session 6 = 2 months
  • Session 7 = 1 month
  • Session 8 = 2 weeks - Beyond the wedding
  • Session 9 = tighten the screws on anything that needs it
