WHAT IS THIS?
YOUTH MINISTERS, do you struggle with creating a strategic plan and following through?
Since 2017, I’ve identified three common questions that youth ministers have asked me the most:
🤔 “Which area do I focus on first?”
😕 “How do I get started quickly?”
🤨 “How do I stay focused long enough?”
To help, this summer through "The Chosen F.E.W.S." program, I'll be answering these questions, focusing on 4 ministry areas the majority of youth ministers want help with, helping their team build a strategic plan for it, and sharing the skills to see it through.
Sessions include:
✅ DISCIPLESHIP "Disciple in Cycles": With my time and group size, how do I do it?
✅ EVANGELISM "Conversations Over Presentations": I have shy kids and I’m not sure they will do it…
✅ PRAYER "Pray With Confidence": I don’t think my students do it or know how to.
✅ PROGRAMMING "Calendar after-math": When I start doing this, how do I keep it going?

😔 EMBARRASSED because I didn’t want to admit it.
😥 WORN-OUT because I was doing a lot of things but not seeing growth.
😰 STRESSED-OUT because I thought this would be my life forever!
Every youth minister that has gone through these sessions has developed a plan that they can implement in 2 weeks, knows how they are going to start it, and knows how to keep it going. It’s up to them and their team to continue it.
