  • Look at the last 3 months of events on your calendar. How many meetings did you have? How many meetings was the GOSPEL presented? In the events where the GOSPEL wasn't given... Why wasn't the GOSPEL given?
  • Do the same thing with your events from 3 months ago up to a year.
  • Now do the same thing with prayer for the lost, relational evangelism, training your leaders, disciple multiplication, sharing your vision, and Biblical outcomes.
  • NOTE: Pace yourself and don't try to toss them all in their EVERY TIME you meet. Instead ask yourself, "How can we successfully add 1-2 of these values into each of our times together?" Then expand from there.
